USF Service Provider definition

USF Service Provider means the Party, other than USFCo, identified on the first page of this Agreement (referred to as the “Contractor” in the USF Rules);
USF Service Provider means the Person put forward by an Applicant that will provide the USF Services in accordance with the USF Services and Subsidy Agreement;

  • The Applicant must provide projected financial statements for years one through five of the USF Service Provider, including an income statement, balance sheet and statements of sources and application of funds for the USF Service Provider prepared in accordance with internationally accepted accounting standards.
