Vacation Unit definition

Vacation Unit means (i) an apartment, condominium or cooperative unit, townhouse unit, house, cabin, lodge, hotel or motel room, mobile home, recreational vehicle, houseboat, cabin of a ship, pleasure yacht or other private or commercial vessel, vehicle or structure designed and available for use and suitable for overnight lodging for one or more individuals or (ii) a campsite designed and suitable for providing overnight parking and utility services for a recreational vehicle.
Vacation Unit means a Residential Unit or a combination of Residential Units which create the following types of Units:

Examples of Vacation Unit in a sentence

  • Upon the sale of each Vacation Estate by the Developer, protection against any mechanic’s lien claims for work on the Vacation Unit before the sale will be provided to the Vacation Owner through title insurance.

  • However, an Owner of consecutive Fixed Vacation Weeks or an Owner who has reserved, in accordance with the provisions hereof, consecutive Floating Vacation Weeks, shall not be required to vacate his Vacation Unit during this time period.

  • All Vacation Owners must register the names of all persons who will be occupying their Vacation Unit during their Vacation Week with the front desk of the Project upon arrival.

  • During the six hour maintenance period after each Club Member’s period of occupancy, a complete inventory of the furnishings and equipment allocated to each Vacation Unit will be conducted.

  • In case of emergency, the Manager or the Manager’s employee may enter the Vacation Unit you are occupying.

  • When an Owner and their Permitted User uses an assigned unit, the Owner is responsible for any damage done to the Vacation Unit and its furnishings during the Use Period, other than normal wear and tear.

  • Vacation means annual vacation with pay.

  • Vacation rental means the lease, sublease, or other rental of residential property for a period of fewer than ninety days, except that it does not include rental of residential property on a weekly or monthly basis pursuant to Chapter 40 of this title, the South Carolina Residential Landlord and Tenant Act.

  • Vacation Year means the twelve (12) month period commencing on the first (1st) day of April in each calendar year and concluding on the thirty-first (31st) day of March of the following calendar year.

  • Paid sick leave – means paid leave under the Emergency Paid Sick Leave Act.

  • Cogeneration unit means a unit that has equipment used to produce electric energy and forms of useful thermal energy (such as heat or steam) for industrial, commercial, heating or cooling purposes, through the sequential use of energy.

  • Annual Balanced Budget means that, in each Funding Year of the term of this Agreement, the total revenues of the HSP are greater than or equal to the total expenses, from all sources, of the HSP;

  • Benefit Commencement Date means, for any Participant or beneficiary, the date as of which the first benefit payment, including a single sum, from the Participant’s Account is due, other than pursuant to a withdrawal under Article VIII.

  • disability living allowance means a disability living allowance under section 71 of the SSCBA;

  • main phase employment and support allowance means an employment and support allowance where the calculation of the amount payable in respect of the applicant includes a component under section 2(1)(b) or 4(2)(b) of the Welfare Reform Act 2007 except in Part 1 of Schedule 1;

  • Retirement allowance means the retirement payments to which a member is entitled.

  • Common Unit Economic Balance means (i) the Capital Account balance of the General Partner, plus the amount of the General Partner’s share of any Partner Minimum Gain or Partnership Minimum Gain, in either case to the extent attributable to the General Partner’s ownership of Partnership Common Units and computed on a hypothetical basis after taking into account all allocations through the date on which any allocation is made under Section 6.2.D hereof, divided by (ii) the number of the General Partner’s Partnership Common Units.
