Valencia Property definition

Valencia Property means the real property owned by Celestica Xxxxxxxx X.X. located at Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xx 00.0, Xx Xxxxx xx Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxx.
Valencia Property that certain property located in Valencia, California commonly known as Valencia Town Center and all buildings, fixtures and other improvements from time to time located thereon or affixed thereto.
Valencia Property means that certain parcel of real property described in EXHIBIT C attached hereto.

  • Each of the Borrower, the Consolidated Businesses and the UJVs (other than the UJV which owns the Valencia Property) have good record and marketable title in fee simple to, or a valid leasehold interest in, all its real property, and good title to, or a valid leasehold interest in, all its other property, and, except as disclosed in the Borrower Consolidated Financial Statements, none of such property is subject to any Lien voluntarily placed thereon or consented thereto by the Borrower.

  • WREP has restructured the Capital Research Loan to provide for terms no less favorable to WREP than the following: (i) interest at 16% per annum, payable monthly, (ii) principal due two years from restructuring, (iii) secured by a lien in WREP's equity in any of WREP's real property other than the Irwindale Property and the Valencia Property, and (iv) prepayable at any time in whole or in part without any penalty, and such other commercially reasonable terms for a loan of its type.

  • Historic property means any prehistoric or historic site, district, building, object, or other real or personal property of historical, architectural, or archaeological value, and folklife resources.   • Condominium Property means the lands, leaseholds, and personal property that are subjected to condominium ownership, whether or not contiguous, and all improvements thereon and all easements and rights appurtenant thereto intended for use in connection with the condominium.

  • Operating Property means any property owned, leased, or operated by the Party in question or by any of its Subsidiaries or in which such Party or Subsidiary holds a security interest or other interest (including an interest in a fiduciary capacity), and, where required by the context, includes the owner or operator of such property, but only with respect to such property.
