Validation inspection means an inspection
Validation inspection means an inspection of the premises of a licensed facility by the agency to assess whether a review by an accrediting organization has adequately evaluated the licensed facility according to minimum state standards.
Validation inspection means an on-site inspection by the department of an accredited medical test site to determine that the accreditation organization's regulations are equivalent to this chapter and are enforced.
