Validity Certificates definition

Validity Certificates means those certain validity certificates executed by such officers and directors of the Company as the Buyer shall require, in the Buyer’s sole discretion, the form of which is attached hereto as Exhibit J.

More Definitions of Validity Certificates

Validity Certificates means the Validity Certificates executed by certain officers and directors of the Borrower, the form of which is attached hereto as Exhibit “I”.
