Vantage Score definition

Vantage Score means a Person’s Vantage Score as calculated in accordance with the Credit Policies.
Vantage Score means, for each Account Debtor with respect to a Receivable, the credit score of such Account Debtor obtained from Vantage Score Solutions, LLC as of the Origination Date of such Receivable.
Vantage Score means, for each Receivables Obligor with respect to a Receivable, the credit score of such Receivables Obligor obtained from Vantage Score Solutions, LLC as of the date of origination of such Receivable or, if such credit score is not available as of the applicable the date of origination of such Receivable, the latest available credit score of such Receivables Obligor obtained from Vantage Score Solutions, LLC.
