VAT Amount definition

VAT Amount shall have the meaning as ascribed to such term in clause 6.4 of the Master German Fleet Purchase Agreement.
VAT Amount is defined in Clause 17.11(b) (VAT).
VAT Amount means the amount in RMB of the value added tax payable in respect of the Purchase Price as provided by the Sellers to the Purchaser as indicated in the VAT Invoice.

  • The Additional VAT Amount shall be paid at the same time and in the same manner as the VAT- Exclusive Consideration.
