Vector Entities definition

Vector Entities means Vector and each of its Subsidiaries.
Vector Entities means, collectively, Vector Capital III, L.P., its Affiliates (other than other portfolio companies) and any investment funds advised or managed by any of the foregoing.

Examples of Vector Entities in a sentence

  • One of the Vector Entities shall have executed and delivered to Administrative Agent the Vector Equity Commitment Letter.

  • To the Knowledge of Vector, the Vector Entities have taken reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of all Vector Owned Intellectual Property that is considered confidential as of the date hereof.

  • Public Sector Entity means a non-commercial administrative body responsible to central governments, regional governments or local authorities, or to authorities that exercise the same responsibilities as regional governments and local authorities, or a non-commercial undertaking that is owned by or set up and sponsored by central governments, regional governments or local authorities, and that has explicit guarantee arrangements, and may include self-administered bodies governed by law that are under public supervision;

  • Merger Subs has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • Parent Group has the meaning set forth in Section 8.03(c).

  • Parent means a “parent corporation,” whether now or hereafter existing, as defined in Section 424(e) of the Code.
