vehicle characteristics means the features of the vehicle, including mass, its specific CO2 emissions, the number of seats, engine performance, power to mass ratio and top speed;
Case characteristics means demographic or other objective characteristics of a small employer that are considered by the small employer carrier in the determination of premium rates for the small employer, provided that claim experience, health status and duration of coverage shall not be case characteristics for the purposes of the Small Employer Health Insurance Reform Act. A small employer carrier shall not use case characteristics, other than age, gender, industry, geographic area, family composition and group size, without prior approval of the Insurance Commissioner;
Obligation Characteristics means any one or more of Not Subordinated, Specified Currency, Not Sovereign Lender, Not Domestic Currency, Not Domestic Law, Listed and Not Domestic Issuance, and:

Configuration means State-specific changes made to the Software without Source Code or structural data model changes occurring.
Turbidity means the cloudy condition of water due to the presence of extremely fine particulate materials in suspension that interfere with the passage of light.
Deliverable Obligation Characteristics means Not Subordinated, Specified Currency, Not Contingent, Assignable Loan, Consent Required Loan, Transferable, Not Bearer, Maximum Maturity – 30 years.
Eligible Aircraft has the meaning set forth in the second recital to the Note Purchase Agreement.
Derived air concentration (DAC) means the concentration of a given radionuclide in air which, if breathed by the reference man for a working year of 2,000 hours under conditions of light work, results in an intake of one ALI. For purposes of these regulations, the condition of light work is an inhalation rate of 1.2 cubic meters of air per hour for 2,000 hours in a year. DAC values are given in Part 4, Appendix 4B, Table 4B1, Column 3.

CREFC® Servicer Watch List/Portfolio Review Guidelines As of each Determination Date a report, including and identifying each Performing Serviced Loan satisfying the “CREFC® Portfolio Review Guidelines” approved from time to time by the CREFC® in the “CREFC® Servicer Watch List” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form (including other portfolio review guidelines) for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.
Review Receivables means those Delinquent Receivables that have been Delinquent Receivables for 60 days or more as of the last day of the preceding Collection Period identified by the Servicer as requiring an Asset Representations Review by the Asset Representations Reviewer following receipt of an Asset Representations Review Notice according to Section 3.01.
functionality means the ability of a tenderer to provide goods or services in accordance with specifications as set out in the tender documents.

Disinfection profile means a summary of daily Giardia lamblia inactivation through the treatment plant. The procedure for developing a disinfection profile is contained in s. NR 810.34.
Spares means a part or a sub-assembly or assembly for substitution which is ready to replace an identical or similar part or sub-assembly or assembly including a component or an accessory;
Delinquency Collection Policies and Procedures The delinquency collection policies and procedures of the Interim Servicer, a copy of which is attached to the Interim Servicing Agreement as Exhibit 11.
Category 4 Data is data that is confidential and requires special handling due to statutes or regulations that require especially strict protection of the data and from which especially serious consequences may arise in the event of any compromise of such data. Substitute Aircraft Has the meaning specified in the NPA.
Risk Weighted Assets means the risk weighted assets or total risk exposure amount, as calculated by the Company in accordance with the Capital Regulations applicable to the Regulatory Group as at that point in time.
