Chargebacks means all credits, chargebacks, reimbursements, administrative fees and other financial obligations to wholesalers and other distributors, group purchasing organizations, insurers, Governmental Entity and other institutions related to the Product.
Monthly Charges means a finance carrying charge of one and one-half of one percent (1.5%) and a storage and handling charge of one-half of one percent (0.5%), in each case of the Cost of the Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or of the fees for the Product affected by the reschedule or cancellation (as applicable) per month until such Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or Product is returned to the vendor, used to manufacture Product or is otherwise purchased by Customer.
Contract Charges means charges that accrue during a given month as defined in Article III. “Contract Term” is defined in Article IV.
SLDC Charges means the charges levied by the SLDC of the state wherein the Solar Power Project is located;
Medicare Levy Surcharge means an extra charge payable by high income earners beyond the standard Medicare Levy if they do not have qualifying private hospital insurance coverage. This charge is assessed as part of an individual or family’s annual tax return.
Loss Adjustment Expense means costs and expenses incurred by the Company in connection with the investigation, appraisal, adjustment, settlement, litigation, defense or appeal of a specific claim or loss, or alleged loss, including but not limited to:
Rebates means rebates, price reductions, administrative fees and related adjustments charged by federal, state and local governmental programs and their participants, and by health plans, insurance companies, mail service pharmacies and health care providers based upon the utilization and sales of the Products, and service, administrative and inventory management fees due to wholesalers, distributors and group purchasing organizations based on sales of the Products.
Minimum Charge means the higher of the rate minimum and the rate applied to the Contracted Minimum Demand;
Service Charges means the fees levied by the municipality in terms of its tariff policy for any municipal services rendered in respect of an immovable property and includes any penalties, interest or surcharges levied or imposed in terms of this policy.
Monthly Charge shall have the meaning set forth in Article 5.
Service Charge means the amount charged for making a service available on line and is in addition to the actual fee for a service itself. For example, one who renews a license on line will pay the license renewal fee and a service charge.
Premium surcharge means a payment required from a subscriber, in addition to the subscriber's medical premium contribution, due to an enrollee's tobacco use or an enrolled subscriber's spouse or state registered domestic partner choosing not to enroll in their employer- based group medical when:
Excess Collections shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.8(a)(xv) of the Indenture.
CCAA Charges means the Administration Charge and the Directors’ Charge;
User Charges means a charge made to airlines by a service provider for the provision of airport, airport environmental, air navigation and aviation security facilities and services.
Transition charge means a nonbypassable rate or charge to be imposed on a customer to pay
Chargeback means the procedure by which a Sales Draft (or disputed portion thereof) is returned to Bank by a Card Issuer because such item does not comply with the applicable Card plan's operating regulations.
Bond Service Charges means, for any period or payable at any time, the principal of, premium, if any, and interest on the Bonds for that period or payable at that time whether due at maturity or upon redemption, Mandatory Tender or acceleration.
Prepayment Charge Schedule As of any date, the list of Prepayment Charges included in the Trust Fund on such date, attached hereto as Schedule 2 (including the prepayment charge summary attached thereto). The Prepayment Charge Schedule shall set forth the following information with respect to each Prepayment Charge:
Allocated Loss Adjustment Expenses or “ALAE” means all court costs and court expenses; pre- and post-judgement interest; fees for service of process; attorneys’ fees; cost of undercover operative and detective services, costs of employing experts; costs for legal transcripts; costs for copies of any public records; costs of depositions and court-reported or recorded statements; costs and expenses of subrogation; and any similar fee, cost or expense reasonably chargeable to the investigation, negotiation, settlement or defense of a loss or a claim or suit against you, or to the protection and perfection of your or our subrogation rights.
Loss Adjustment Expenses means all costs and expenses incurred by the Company in the investigation, adjustment and settlement of claims. Loss adjustment expenses include third-party costs as well as the Company’s internal expenses, including salaries and expenses of loss management personnel and certain administrative costs.
Cost Reimbursement means a contract which provides for a fee other than a fee based on a percentage of cost and under which a contractor is reimbursed for costs which are allowable and allocable in accordance with the contract terms.
Cost-reimbursement contract means a contract under which a contractor is reimbursed for costs which are allowable and allocable in accordance with the contract terms and the provisions of this code, and paid a fee, if any.
Imbalance Charges means any fees, penalties, costs or charges (in cash or in kind) assessed by a Transporter for failure to satisfy the Transporter's balance and/or nomination requirements.
Usage Charges means the Charges for the Service or applicable part of the Service that are calculated by multiplying the volume of units that the Customer used or incurred in a period (e.g. number of users using the Service, or the number of minutes the Service was used for) with the relevant fee that is specified in the Online Order.
