Vendor charges means costs of all vendor support, materials, transportation and all other identifiable costs associated with the vendor's proposal or bid.

  • Imbalance Charges means any fees, penalties, costs or charges (in cash or in kind) assessed by a Transporter for failure to satisfy the Transporter’s balance and/or nomination requirements.

  • Non-Cash Charges has the meaning specified in the definition of the term “Consolidated EBITDA”.
