Vendor’s Warranties definition

Vendor’s Warranties means the representations, warranties and undertakings given by the Vendor in Clause 8 and in Schedule 2.

Vendor’s Warranties means the representations, warranties and undertakings on the part of each Vendor set out in Clause 5.1.

Vendor’s Warranties means the representations and warranties set out in Schedule 3.

Examples of Vendor’s Warranties in a sentence

• Product Warranties” shall mean and include the warranties provided for products or deliverables licensed to the State, and as included in Paragraph 3 c), of these Terms and Conditions unless superseded by a Vendor’s Warranties pursuant to Vendor’s License or Support Agreements.

• Product Warranties” shall mean and include the warranties provided for products or deliverables licensed to the State in Paragraph 2, and as included in Paragraph 7 c), of these Terms and Conditions unless superseded by a Vendor’s Warranties pursuant to Vendor’s License or Support Agreements.

• Product Warranties” shall mean and include the warranties provided for products or deliverables licensed to the Judicial Branch in Paragraph 2, of these Terms and Conditions unless superseded by a Vendor’s Warranties pursuant to Vendor’s License or Support Agreements.

• Deliverable/Product Warranties shall mean and include the warranties provided for products or deliverables licensed to the State in Section 2, Paragraph 2 of these Terms and Conditions unless superseded by a Vendor’s Warranties pursuant to Vendor’s License or Support Agreements.

• To this effect, the Vendor’s Warranties shall be deemed to be repeated at Completion as if the same were made on Completion Date.

More Definitions of Vendor’s Warranties

Vendor’s Warranties means all statements of fact herein and the representations and warranties set out in Schedule 1A given by the Vendor in this Agreement.

Vendor’s Warranties means the representations and warranties given by the Vendor, as set out in Clause 5.1 and Schedule 3 of this Agreement and “Vendor Warranty” shall be construed accordingly.

Vendor’s Warranties means all representations and warranties set out in Clause 13.1 given by the Vendor.

Vendor’s Warranties means the representations, warranties and undertakings of Cordlife Services as contained or referred to in Clause 6.1 and “Vendor’s Warranty” means any of the Vendor’s Warranties where the context permits;

Vendor’s Warranties means the warranties and representations given by the Vendors in Schedule 2.

Vendor’s Warranties means the warranties and representations set out in Part A of Schedule 3; and

Vendor’s Warranties means the representations, warranties and undertakings on the part of the Vendor set out in Clause 5.1. “Warranties” means, collectively, the Vendor’s Warranties and the Holdco’s Warranties, and “Warranty” shall mean any one of such Warranties.
