Venture Agreements means those Related Agreements setting forth the rights and obligations of the Parties to market, distribute and sell the Cholesterol Products in the EMEA, Far East Co-Promotion Countries and Single Presence Countries, including those Agreements and other documents referred to in Sections 2.1(a), (b), (c) and (d), 2.4(b)(1), and 2.4(c)(1) of the Agreement.
Venture Agreements means the Venture Shareholders Agreement and the Venture LP Agreement, in the forms attached as Exhibit B hereto;
Venture Agreements means the contracts and agreements listed in Annex D hereto.

Venture Agreements means, collectively, all of the following agreements (as such agreements may be amended or modified from time to time): (i) this Agreement; (ii) all of the Venture Entity Operating Agreements; (iii) all of the agreements to which any Venture Entity is a party or by which any Venture Entity is bound (including, without limitation, all property management agreements, leasing agency agreements, development agreements and similar agreements); and (iv) any other agreements that are executed pursuant to this Agreement.
Venture Agreements means (i) the Satellite Access Services and Marketing Agreement, dated as of June 21, 1999, between Investor and HNS, (ii) the Set Top Box Development, Distribution and Co-Marketing Agreement, dated as of February 9, 1999, as amended by the First Amendment thereto dated as of June 21, 1999, among Investor, HNS and DTV, (iii) the Marketing Agreement, dated as of June 21, 1999, between Investor and DTV (such three agreements being the "Clause I Thru III Agreements"), (iv) the DIRECTV Sales Agency Agreement, dated as of June 21, 1999, between Investor and Subsidiary, (v) the Media Buy Agreement (as defined in the Master Agreement), (vi) the Intellectual Property License Agreement, dated as of June 21, 1999, between Investor and HNS and (vii) the Electronic Program Guide and Interactive Services Agreement dated as of June 21, 1999 (the "Clause VII Agreement").

Venture Agreements means the Administraxxxx Xgreement, the Retainer and Option Agreement, the Stockholders Agreement, the Subscription Agreement, and all other agreements, whether written or oral, other than this Agreement, pursuant to which Buyer or Seller leases, purchases or otherwise provides to the other, goods, services or property (real or personal).
