Venture Note definition

Venture Note means a promissory note executed by a Venture to evidence any Venture Loan.
Venture Note means the promissory note of the Venture to MMG in the principal amount of $336,000 which evidences all advances to the Venture made by MMG and TVG since December 1, 1995, to the Closing Date.
Venture Note means the Note evidencing the Venture Loan substantially in the form of that set forth in the exhibits to the Venture Credit Agreement.

Venture Note means, with respect to a Venture Loan, the original executed note or other evidence of indebtedness evidencing the indebtedness of the related Obligor under the related Venture Loan.

Related to Venture Note

  • Subordinated Note means the Subordinated Note (or collectively, the “Subordinated Notes”) in the form attached as Exhibit A hereto, as amended, restated, supplemented or modified from time to time, and each Subordinated Note delivered in substitution or exchange for such Subordinated Note.

  • Demand Note means the note issued by the rating authority, in relation to the premises for the purpose of levying non-domestic rates prescribed by Scottish Ministers for the financial year, in respect of which a claim is made under this Determination;
