Vessel Equipment definition

Vessel Equipment means boilers, generators, machinery, boats, lifeboats, masts, towers, cranes, engines, instruments, anchors and anchor handling equipment, chains, cables, apparel, accessories, tackle, rigging, electronic, radar, communication, radio installation and navigational equipment and all other associated equipment, furnishings, appliances and consumables. Vessels shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(a) .
Vessel Equipment means any and all present and future materials, components, engines, boilers, machinery, masts, boats, anchors, cables, chains, rigging, tackle, apparel, furniture, capstans, outfit, tools, pumps, gear, furnishings, appliances, fittings, spare and replacement parts and any and all manuals, Materials, supplies and components in any way related to the construction of the Vessel and any and all other appurtenances thereto, appertaining or belonging to the Vessel to be constructed, whether now or hereafter acquired, and whether onboard or not onboard, together with any and all present and future additions, improvements and replacements therefor, made in or to said vessel, or any part or parts thereof.
Vessel Equipment means, with respect to a Vessel, all equipment (including vans, trucks, e-bikes, low speed vehicles), improvements, fixtures, and Content included therein or later provided by REEF as described from time to time by REEF, and acknowledged by the Company, through REEF OS or otherwise.

Examples of Vessel Equipment in a sentence

  • Company will have no right or property interest therein, except for the limited license to use Vessel and Vessel Equipment to provide the Services pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Company will give REEF immediate notice of any such attachment or other judicial process affecting the Vessel(s) or Vessel Equipment.

  • Upon termination of the Agreement, Company will coordinate to have the Vessel(s) and Vessel Equipment inspected and returned to REEF in the same condition as originally provided to Company (at Company’s cost and expense), normal wear and tear excepted.

  • Company may not attempt or authorize any third party to make any repairs to the Vessel(s) or Vessel Equipment without REEF’s prior written approval.

  • Company and REEF will agree on specific coverage for the Vessel Equipment.

  • The Vessel(s) and Vessel Equipment included at the time of the Vessel Turnover Date, including any improvements, fixtures, and Content provided by REEF, are and will remain the sole and exclusive property of REEF.

  • The Company shall select through REEF OS or otherwise, for each item identified in the form of the Vessel Equipment, a charge model depending of the plan usage of such item and REEF shall communicate in the same way the weekly cost of such item (the sum of which, the “Vessel Equipment Charge”).

  • With respect to the Vessel(s) and Vessel Equipment, Company will not attempt to or actually: (i) pledge, lend, create a security interest in, sublet, exchange, trade, assign, swap, use for an allowance for credit or otherwise, (ii) allow another to use, (iii) part with possession, or (iv) dispose of or any aspect thereof.

  • Company will always keep the Vessel(s) and Vessel Equipment free and clear from all claims, levies, encumbrances, and process caused by Company or its employees.

  • Any damage to the Vessel(s) or Vessel Equipment will be assessed by REEF and charged to the Company.

Vessel Equipment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(g).
Vessel Equipment means all tangible assets and personal property of Parent or Company that are located on the Vessel, including machinery, equipment (including gaming equipment and devices), slot machines, gaming tables, tools, spare parts, transportation equipment, operating supplies, furniture and office equipment, fixtures, furnishings, artwork, utensils for kitchens, bars and restaurants, laundries, public rooms, hall and lobby equipment, heating, ventilating and air-conditioning systems, plumbing, electrical and refrigerating systems, elevators, escalators, communication and security plants or systems with appurtenant fixtures, uniforms, telephone systems, telecopiers, photocopiers and computer hardware.

  • Equipment is all “equipment” as defined in the Code with such additions to such term as may hereafter be made, and includes without limitation all machinery, fixtures, goods, vehicles (including motor vehicles and trailers), and any interest in any of the foregoing.
