Video Conference Service. Refers to the Applicant using mobile devices (including but not limited to devices with communications and Internet connections, such as smartphones or tablet computers) to establish a connection with the Bank over the Internet, and the Bank verifies the identity of the Applicant and provides financial services via video conferencing.
