VIE Entities definition

VIE Entities means Ku6 (Beijing) Information Technology Co., Ltd., Tianjin Ku6 Zheng Yuan Information Technology Co., Ltd., Tianjin Ku6 Network Communication Technology Co., Ltd. and Beijing Ku6 Culture Media Co., Ltd.
VIE Entities means 58 VIE Entity and Zhuan VIE Entity collectively, and “VIE Entity” means any of them.
VIE Entities means OptAim Network and its Subsidiaries, and “VIE Entity” means any of them.

  • The Contractual Arrangements consist of the Structured Contracts which are entered into among Dehong Medical on one hand, and Tianrui Medical, the VIE Entities and the Relevant Shareholders (namely, Xx. Xxxx and Xx. Xxxxx), where appropriate, on the other hand.

VIE Entities means Run An, Lagou Network and Qian Cheng collectively, and “VIE Entity” means any of them.
VIE Entities means Beijing Baichuan Film Distribution Co., Ltd.(北京百川电影发行有限公司), Bona Film Group Co., Ltd. (PRC)(博纳影业集团有限公司)and Beijing Bona Advertising Co., Ltd.(北京博纳广告有限公司), each a limited liability company organized under the Laws of the PRC.
VIE Entities means the entities listed in the Disclosure Letter and any other entities which are the subject of a VIE Structure with any Subsidiary after the date hereof.
VIE Entities means collectively, (i) Beijing Wanguo Xxxxx’An Science & Technology Co., Ltd. (北京万国长安科技有限公司), and (ii) Shanghai Shu’An Data Solutions Co., Ltd. (上海曙安数据服务有限公司), a company incorporated and existing under the laws of PRC, and a “VIE Entity” shall mean either of these VIE Entities.
VIE Entities means the ICP Company, StarVI, the IAD Company, Beijing Weimeng Technology Co., Ltd ("Weimeng"), Beijing Weibo Interactive Internet Technology Co., Ltd., Beijing Sina Payment Technology Co., Ltd., and Beijing Weiju Future Technology Co. Ltd. collectively, and "VIE Entity" means any of them.
VIE Entities means the variable interest entities of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, including (i) Beijing IQIYI Science & Technology Co., Ltd. (“北京爱奇艺科技有限公司”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the PRC, (ii) Shanghai IQIYI Culture Media Co., Ltd. (“上海爱奇艺文化传媒有限公司”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the PRC, and (iii) Shanghai Xxxxx Xxxx Network Co., Ltd. (“上海众源网络有限公司”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the PRC.
VIE Entities means each of (i) Shenzhen Lanting Huitong Technologies Co., Ltd. (“Lanting Huitong”), a company incorporated under the laws of the PRC, (ii) Beijing Lanting Gaochuang Technologies Co., Ltd., a company incorporated under the laws of the PRC and (iii) Shanghai Ouku Network Technologies Co., Ltd., a company incorporated under the laws of the PRC that is wholly owned by Lanting Huitong.
