Examples of Vine Investment in a sentence

  • Any Class B Units or shares of Class B Common Stock acquired from Vine Investment (or a permitted assignee thereof) shall be entitled to all of the rights and be held subject to all of the obligations of this Agreement, and by taking and holding such Class B Units or shares of Class B Common Stock, such assignee shall be conclusively deemed to have agreed to be bound by and to perform all of the terms and provisions of this Agreement.

  • The provisions of this Agreement may be amended by the affirmative vote or written consent of each of (i) the Issuer, (ii) Vine Investment and (iii) the holders of at least seventy-five percent (75%) of the then-outstanding Class B Units (excluding Class B Units held by the Issuer).
