VIP Renomination means a revision of a Nominated Quantity or Renominated Quantity in an earlier Valid VIP Nomination or Valid VIP Renomination;
Nomination Period means, in respect of a Nomination, the period from the Nomination Start Time to the Nomination End Time;
Election Form means the form established from time to time by the Committee that a Participant completes, signs and returns to the Committee to make an election under the Plan.

Elector slate means a slate of candidates who have been nominated in a state for the position of presidential elector in association with a presidential slate;
Special election means an election held as authorized by Section 20A-1-203.
