Virtual Booth definition

Virtual Booth means a designated space within the Virtual Exhibit Hall through which an Exhibitor can upload videos or commercials, host live office hours, upload representative profiles, schedule 1-on-1 appoint- ments with Conference attendees, provide special offers, and receive analytics regarding attendee traffic to the Virtual Booth. “Content” means any materials, information, audiovisual recordings, and content, including without limitation sell sheets and other promotional content, distributed, performed, displayed or made avail- able by Exhibitor to attendees, regardless of the distribution mechanism.

  • Any Virtual Exhibitor failing to occupy space contracted for in a timely manner is not relieved of the obligation of paying the full rental price for such space, and SHOW MANAGEMENT’s management staff has the right to use such space as it sees fit to eliminate blank space in the virtual exhibit, if such Virtual Booth space is not occupied by the Virtual Exhibitor 1 hour prior to the start of the exhibit.• Early Move-out.

  • Each company will be given three (3) full event registrations for either hosting a Virtual Booth or Product Theatre.

  • Virtual Booth Design: Each exhibitor will be provided with a link to the official Virtual Exhibitor Guidelines.

  • Promotional matter may only be published by exhibitors within their own virtual profiles or in areas designated as approved by exhibit managment.The undersigned agrees to the rules and regulations set forth in the NCTM Exhibit Virtual Booth Contract Rules and Regulations.
