Visitation and report definition

Visitation and report means the visitation visits conducted pursuant to В§ 63.2-1212 of the Code of Virginia subsequent to the entry of an interlocutory order of adoption and the written report compiling of the findings made in the course of the visitation which. Visitation and report means the three visits made to the child during the six month probationary period required by and subsequent to the entry of an interlocutory order of adoption. The findings of the visitation are compiled into a written report for the circuit court containing a recommendation of the action to be taken by the court.

  • Criminal history record information means that term as defined in section 1a of 1925 PA 289, MCL 28.241a.

  • Fee and Expense Application means the motion to be filed by Class Counsel, in which they will seek approval of an award of attorneys’ fees, costs, and expenses, as well as an Incentive Award for the Class Representative.

  • Administrative and Audit Regulations means all applicable statutes, regulations, and other laws governing administration or audit of this Contract (including the regulations included in Title 2, Part 200, of the Code of Federal Regulations; Chapter 321 of the Texas Government Code; Subchapter F of Chapter 2155 of the Texas Government Code; and the requirements of Article VII herein).

  • Certificate of a Firm of Independent Public Accountants means a certificate signed by an independent public accountant or a firm of independent public accountants who may be the independent public accountants regularly retained by the Company or who may be other independent public accountants. Such accountant or firm shall be entitled to rely upon an Opinion of Counsel as to the interpretation of any legal matters relating to such certificate.

  • Audit Report means a report summarising the testing completed and the actions arising following an Audit;

  • Accountants’ Report means the report of a firm of nationally recognized Independent Accountants described in Section 4.11.

The term includes telephones and other telecommunications products, information kiosks, transaction machines, Internet websites, multimedia resources, and office equipment, including copy machines and fax machines.

  • Judicial Council’s Master Account means the Judicial Council’s billing account to which the Contractor is authorized to charge specifically identified charges under this Agreement.

  • State Public Information Officer means the State Public Information Officer designated under sub-section (1) and includes a State Assistant Public Information Officer designated as such under sub-section (2) of section 5;

  • Documents Incorporated by Reference means all financial statements, management’s discussion and analysis, management information circulars, annual information forms, material change reports or other documents issued by the Corporation, whether before or after the date of this Agreement, that are required by NI 44-101 to be incorporated by reference into the Prospectus or any Prospectus Amendment;

  • Accountant General means the officer of the National Treasury designated as the Accountant- General;

  • Financial Monitoring Report or “FMR” means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;

  • Sexual Exploitation and Abuse “(SEA)” means the following:
