Visual Meteorological Conditions definition

Visual Meteorological Conditions. (VMC) means the atmospheric environment is such that would allow a flight to proceed under the visual flight rules applicable to the flight. This does not preclude operating under Instrument Flight Rules.
Visual Meteorological Conditions means meteorological conditions expressed in terms of visibility distance from cloud, and ceiling, equal to or better than specified minima.
Visual Meteorological Conditions. (VMC) means weather permitting flight in accordance with the Visual Flight Rules, as defined in the Rules of the Air.
