VMFL Decision Maker definition

VMFL Decision Maker means the person, panel, entity or body whose decision is being appealed pursuant to this Appeal Policy (which may include, without limitation, the Executive Director, the VMFL Executive, a VMFL Commissioner, the VMFL Head Coach, a Person in Authority, a Decision Maker pursuant to Part 14, or a Panel appointed pursuant to Part 16).
