Examples of VOD License Period in a sentence

  • The “VOD Term” of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall expire on the earlier to occur of (i) the last day of the last VOD License Period to expire hereunder or (ii) the earlier termination of this Agreement.

  • The VOD License Period for each VOD Included Program shall commence on its VOD Availability Date and shall expire on the date established by Licensor in its sole discretion; provided, that the VOD License Period for each Current Feature shall end no earlier than the earliest of (i) 60 days after its VOD Availability Date (ii) the date on which Licensor’s “standard” residential Video-On-Demand window for the Territory ends and (iii) the termination of this Agreement for any reason.

  • The VOD License Period for each Current Feature and Additional Feature commences on its VOD Availability Date and ends on the earlier later of (a) 90 days after the VOD Availability Date for such Current Feature or Additional Feature and.

  • The VOD License Period and PPV License Period for each SITOther Feature and each Library Feature commences on its VOD Availability Date and ends upon the earlier of (a) the latest to occur of (i) a date established by Licensor in its sole discretion, (ii) 60 days following such SIT Features’ VOD/PPV Availability and (iii) the date the license period ends for such SIT Feature for any Other Distributor in the Territory and (b) the termination of this Agreement for any reason.

  • Notwithstanding anything to contrary contained in this Section 5.3, nothing herein is intended to extend any VOD License Period or PPV License Period beyond the date of termination of this Agreement for any reason.

Related to VOD License Period

  • License Period means the period beginning from the Commencement Date and ending on the Termination Date.

  • License Term means the duration of a License as specified in the Order.

  • License Key means a unique key-code that enables Licensee to run Software subject to the obtained User Pack.

  • Research License means a nontransferable, nonexclusive license to make and to use the Licensed Products or the Licensed Processes as defined by the Licensed Patent Rights for purposes of research and not for purposes of commercial manufacture or distribution or in lieu of purchase.

  • End User License Agreement means a license grant or end user license agreement governing software as further described in this Agreement or any applicable Appendix.

  • License Type means the identification of whether the license for a Software Product is for a Perpetual Term or Subscription Term as specified in the Quote.

  • Exclusivity Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.11.
