VOD License Period definition

VOD License Period with respect to each VOD Included Program shall mean the period during which Licensee makes such VOD Included Program available for exhibition hereunder. Service.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, Licensor shall have the right to substitute a new, comparable Library Feature to complete the VOD License Period of any Library Feature that Licensor elects to withdraw, effective at any time after the initial six (6) months of such withdrawn Library Feature’s VOD License Period have elapsed.

  • The termination or expiration of the Avail Term or any VOD License Period, howsoever occasioned, shall not affect any of the provisions of this Agreement which are expressly or by implication to come into or continue in force after such termination or expiration.

  • Sublicense means an agreement into which LICENSEE enters with a third party that is not an Affiliate for the purpose of (i) granting certain rights; (ii) granting an option to certain rights; or (iii) forbearing the exercise of any rights, granted to LICENSEE under this Agreement.

  • Licensed IP means the Intellectual Property owned by any person other than the Corporation and to which the Corporation has a license which has not expired or been terminated;

  • Exclusivity Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.11.
