VOD Included Program definition

VOD Included Program means each Current Feature and Library Feature Licensee licenses on a Video-On-Demand basis in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
VOD Included Program means all Current Films and Library Films licensed by Licensee on a VOD basis hereunder pursuant to Section 4.1.1.
VOD Included Program means any program, regardless of what medium such program was first released, made available by CDD to Amazon and licensed by Amazon for on a VOD basis hereunder, including 4K VOD Included Programs when such programs are being licensed by Amazon pursuant to the 4K Rights.

Examples of VOD Included Program in a sentence

  • After a Customer initiates a VOD Viewing Period, the VOD Viewing Period will automatically expire at the end of the prescribed time period, at which time no further viewing of that VOD Included Program will be permitted online or offline unless an additional purchase is transacted.

  • Licensee shall be permitted to provide each VOD Included Program as a Reference File under the Content Identification and Management Agreement entered into by Licensee and Sony Pictures Television Inc.

  • Licensor shall not be subject to any restrictions at any time with respect to the exploitation of any VOD Included Program in any version, language, territory or medium, or by any transmission means, in any format, to any device in any venue or in any territory.

  • Each 12-month period during the VOD Avail Term thereafter shall be a “VOD Avail Year,” with the first such VOD Avail Year being “VOD Avail Year 1,” the second, if any, being “VOD Avail Year 2” and the third, if any, being “VOD Avail Year 3.” It is acknowledged that the VOD License Period for each VOD Included Program for the applicable Territory may expire after the end of the VOD Avail Term.


More Definitions of VOD Included Program

VOD Included Program means each of the programs licensed for exhibition on the VOD Service in accordance with Section 1.82.
VOD Included Program means each Current Film and Library Film made available to Licensee by Licensor, on a VOD basis, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
VOD Included Program means, for each Territory, each Current Feature and Library Feature (as such terms are defined in the applicable Territory Exhibit) Licensee is required to license on a Video-On-Demand basis in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Related to VOD Included Program

  • Minor source baseline date means the earliest date after the trigger date on which a major stationary source or a major modification subject to 40 CFR 52.21 or to regulations approved pursuant to 40 CFR 51.166 submits a complete application under the relevant regulations. The trigger date is:

  • KPI Target means the acceptable performance level for a KPI as set out in each KPI;

  • Soft Target means a target that will suffer minimum damage and cause minimum damage to the subject vehicle in the event of a collision.

  • Automatic Investment Plan means a program in which regular periodic purchases (or withdrawals) are made automatically in (or from) investment accounts in accordance with a predetermined schedule and allocation. An Automatic Investment Plan includes a dividend reinvestment plan.

  • Qualified high-technology business means a business that is either of the following:

  • Massive Multiauthor Collaboration Site (or “MMC Site”) means any World Wide Web server that publishes copyrightable works and also provides prominent facilities for anybody to edit those works. A public wiki that anybody can edit is an example of such a server. A “Massive Multiauthor Collaboration” (or “MMC”) contained in the site means any set of copyrightable works thus published on the MMC site.

  • Opt-Out Period means the period that begins the day after the earliest date on which the Notice is first distributed, and that ends no later than 30 days before the Final Approval Hearing. The deadline for the Opt-Out Period shall be specified in the Notice.

  • Source-image receptor distance means the distance from the source to the center of the input surface of the image receptor.

  • Approved program or "approved state" means a state or interstate program that has been approved or authorized by EPA under 40 CFR Part 123 (2000).

  • Program Period means the period of time which the department intends to support the program without requiring the recompetition for funds. The program period is specified within the grant application.

  • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) indicator means a four-character suffix to the unique entity identifier. The suffix is assigned at the discretion of the commercial, nonprofit, or Government entity to establish additional System for Award Management records for identifying alternative EFT accounts (see subpart 32.11) for the same entity.

  • Promotion Period means the period the Promotion is open, as specified in clause 5.1.

  • Education program or activity means locations, events, or circumstances for which the school district exercises substantial control over both the respondent and the context in which the sexual harassment occurs and includes school district education programs or activities that occur on or off of school district property.

  • Program Year means the annual period beginning January 1 and ending December 31.
