VOD Included Program means each Current Feature and Library Feature Licensee licenses on a Video-On-Demand basis in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Examples of VOD Included Program in a sentence

  • There shall be no holdback on Licensor’s right to exploit any VOD Included Program in any version, language, territory or medium, or by any transmission means, in any format, to any device in any venue or in any territory at any time.

  • For each VOD Included Program that is a Current Feature, Licensee shall pay Licensor one hundred percent (100%) of the applicable Per-Program Guarantee no later than ten (10) Business Days after Licensor’s delivery to Licensee.

  • The VOD Availability Date for each VOD Included Program shall be as determined by Licensor in its sole discretion but not later than forty-five (45) days after the Home Video Rental Street Date.

  • For each VOD Included Program, if the Actual VOD Per- Program Fee exceeds the Per-Program Guarantee, such excess amount is the “VOD Overage.” Licensee shall pay Licensor any VOD Overage within thirty (30) days after the end of the month during which the VOD Customer Transaction giving rise to such VOD Overage occurs.

  • Each VOD Included Program shall be made continuously available to VOD Customers on the VOD Service during its VOD License Period.

  • Licensee shall prohibit Viral Distribution and the transfer, download, recording or copying of a VOD Included Program for viewing from an Approved Device to any other device, including, without limitation, portable media devices.

  • The “Deemed Price” for each VOD Included Program that is a Premium Current Feature shall be determined by Licensor in its sole discretion.

  • The VOD License Period for each VOD Included Program shall commence on its VOD Availability Date and shall expire on the date established by Licensor in its sole discretion; provided, that the License Period for each Current Feature shall end no earlier than the latest date during the Avail Term that such Current Feature is authorized to be made available on a VOD basis by any Other Distributor in the applicable Territory.

Related to VOD Included Program

  • Excluded Products means the items described on the applicable restricted products per country, any other applicable Program Policy, or any other information made available to you by LINIO.

  • Covered Program means an education program or activity over which the College exercised substantial control over both the Respondent and the context in which the sexual harassment occurred.

  • Automatic Investment Plan means a program in which regular periodic purchases (or withdrawals) are made automatically in (or from) investment accounts in accordance with a predetermined schedule and allocation. An Automatic Investment Plan includes a dividend reinvestment plan.

  • Massive Multiauthor Collaboration Site (or “MMC Site”) means any World Wide Web server that publishes copyrightable works and also provides prominent facilities for anybody to edit those works. A public wiki that anybody can edit is an example of such a server. A “Massive Multiauthor Collaboration” (or “MMC”) contained in the site means any set of copyrightable works thus published on the MMC site.

  • Opt-Out Period means the period that begins the day after the earliest date on which the Notice is first distributed, and that ends no later than 30 days before the Final Approval Hearing. The deadline for the Opt-Out Period shall be specified in the Notice.

  • Source-image receptor distance means the distance from the source to the center of the input surface of the image receptor.

  • Excluded Downtime has the meaning set forth in Section 2 below.

  • Approved program or "approved state" means a state or interstate program that has been approved or authorized by EPA under 40 CFR Part 123 (2000).

  • Gross beta particle activity means the total radioactivity due to beta particle emission as inferred from measurements on a dry sample.

  • Excluded Day shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.3.1(b).

  • Licensed Program means the executable processing programs of licensed information, which is composed of various modules in the Licensed Software package provided by the Licensor.

  • Program Know-How means any Know-How (including any Compounds) that is first conceived, discovered, made and/or reduced to practice (as would be necessary to establish inventorship under United States patent law (regardless of where the applicable activities occurred)) by or on behalf of either Party or its Affiliate (or their respective employees, agents or consultants) or jointly by both Parties or their respective Affiliates (or their respective employees, agents or consultants) in performing the Transition Program or other activities under this Agreement.

  • Program Period means the period of time which the department intends to support the program without requiring the recompetition for funds. The program period is specified within the grant application.

  • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) indicator means a four-character suffix to the unique entity identifier. The suffix is assigned at the discretion of the commercial, nonprofit, or Government entity to establish additional System for Award Management records for identifying alternative EFT accounts (see subpart 32.11) for the same entity.

  • Education program or activity means locations, events, or circumstances for which the school district exercises substantial control over both the respondent and the context in which the sexual harassment occurs and includes school district education programs or activities that occur on or off of school district property.

  • Program Year means the annual period beginning January 1 and ending December 31.
