VOD Included Program definition

VOD Included Program means each Current Feature and Library Feature Licensee licenses on a Video-On-Demand basis in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
VOD Included Program means all Current Films and Library Films licensed by Licensee on a VOD basis hereunder pursuant to Section 4.1.1.
VOD Included Program means any program, regardless of what medium such program was first released, made available by CDD to Amazon and licensed by Amazon for on a VOD basis hereunder, including 4K VOD Included Programs when such programs are being licensed by Amazon pursuant to the 4K Rights.

Examples of VOD Included Program in a sentence

  • Licensee shall prohibit Viral Distribution and the transfer, download, recording or copying of a VOD Included Program for viewing from an Approved Device to any other device, including, without limitation, portable media devices.

  • For clarity, with respect to the Standard Definition version and/or High Definition version of the applicable VOD Included Program made available as part of the VOD Customer Transaction for the 4K VOD Program, the VOD Customer shall have the same rights to access, view, transfer, retain and retrieve such versions as they do in respect of VOD Included Programs acquired in Standard Definition or High Definition pursuant to a stand-alone VOD Customer Transaction.

  • There shall be no holdback on Licensor’s right to exploit any VOD Included Program in any version, language, territory or medium, or by any transmission means, in any format, to any device in any venue or in any territory at any time.

  • The “Deemed Price” for each VOD Included Program that is a Premium Current Feature shall be determined by Licensor in its sole discretion.

  • Licensee shall make each VOD Included Program continuously available at all times on the VOD Service throughout the duration of their respective VOD License Periods.

  • The VOD Initial Avail Term and the VOD Extension Period, if any, shall be the “VOD Avail Term” and each 12-month period during the VOD Avail Term shall be a “VOD Avail Year,” with the first VOD Avail Year being “VOD Avail Year 1,” and the second being “VOD Avail Year 2.” It is acknowledged that the VOD License Period for each VOD Included Program may expire after the end of the VOD Avail Term.

  • This Agreement shall not create any holdback on Licensor’s right to exploit any VOD Included Program in any version, language, territory or medium, or by any transmission means, in any format, to any device in any venue or in any territory at any time.

  • For each VOD Included Program during its License Period, the “VOD Per-Program License Fee” equals the product of the (a) the total number of VOD Customer Transactions for such VOD Included Program, multiplied by (b) the greater of the VOD Actual Retail Price and the VOD Deemed Retail Price for such VOD Included Program, multiplied by (c) the applicable VOD Licensor Share.

  • The VOD License Period for each VOD Included Program shall commence on its VOD Availability Date and shall expire on the date established by Licensor in its sole discretion; provided, that the VOD License Period for each Current Feature shall end no earlier than the earliest of (i) 60 days after its VOD Availability Date (ii) the date on which Licensor’s “standard” residential Video-On-Demand window for the Territory ends and (iii) the termination of this Agreement for any reason.

  • The VOD Availability Date for each VOD Included Program shall be as determined by Licensor in its sole discretion; provided, that the VOD Availability Date for each Current Film shall in no event be later than 59 days after the LVR for such VOD Included Program, and no VOD Included Program licensed in VOD/SVOD Avail Year 1 shall have a VOD Availability Date prior to March 31, 2013.


More Definitions of VOD Included Program

VOD Included Program means each of the Sprograms licensed for exhibition on the VOD Service in accordance with Section 4.1.
VOD Included Program means each Current Film and Library Film made available to Licensee by Licensor, on a VOD basis, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
VOD Included Program means, for each Territory, each Current Feature and Library Feature (as such terms are defined in the applicable Territory Exhibit) Licensee is required to license on a Video-On-Demand basis in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Related to VOD Included Program

  • Excluded Products means the part(s) of the Products specified as such in the Lot Information and Conditions;

  • Covered Program means an education program or activity over which the College exercised substantial control over both the Respondent and the context in which the sexual harassment occurred.

  • Minor source baseline date means the earliest date after the trigger date on which a major stationary source or a major modification subject to 40 CFR 52.21 or to regulations approved pursuant to 40 CFR 51.166 submits a complete application under the relevant regulations. The trigger date is:

  • KPI Target means the acceptable performance level for a KPI as set out in relation to each KPI;

  • Soft Target means a target that will suffer minimum damage and cause minimum damage to the subject vehicle in the event of a collision.

  • Automatic Investment Plan means a program in which regular periodic purchases (or withdrawals) are made automatically in (or from) investment accounts in accordance with a predetermined schedule and allocation. An Automatic Investment Plan includes a dividend reinvestment plan.

  • Qualified high-technology business means a business or facility whose primary business activity is high-technology activity or a qualified high-wage activity.

  • Opt-Out Period means the period that begins the day after the earliest date on which the Notice is first distributed, and that ends no later than 30 days before the Final Approval Hearing. The deadline for the Opt-Out Period shall be specified in the Notice.

  • Approved program or "approved state" means a state or interstate program that has been approved or authorized by EPA under 40 CFR Part 123 (2000).

  • Collaboration Target means the Initial Collaboration Targets set forth on Exhibit F and any Additional Target or Substitute Target that is selected in accordance with Section 3.3 of this Agreement.

  • Gross beta particle activity means the total radioactivity due to beta particle emission as inferred from measurements on a dry sample.

  • Excluded Person means each Defendant, the directors and officers of each Defendant, the subsidiaries or affiliates of each Defendant, the entities in which each Defendant or any of that Defendant’s subsidiaries or affiliates have a controlling interest and the legal representatives, heirs, successors and assigns of each of the foregoing.

  • Acquisition Target means any Person becoming a Subsidiary of the Company after the date hereof; any Person that is merged into or consolidated with the Company or any Subsidiary of the Company after the date hereof; or any Person with respect to which all or a substantial part of that Person’s assets are acquired by the Company or any Subsidiary of the Company after the date hereof.

  • Licensed Program means the executable processing programs of licensed information, which is composed of various modules in the Licensed Software package provided by the Licensor.

  • Excluded Party means any REIT, any parent company of or Person who Controls any REIT in each instance engaged primarily in owning and operating Real Property, and any other Person whom the Borrower has reasonably identified in writing to the Administrative Agent as a competitor or potential competitor of the Borrower.

  • Motor Sport Activities means any motor sport activities or Recreational Services which are permitted or approved which CAMS regulates or administers by CAMS or otherwise under the responsibility / control of CAMS;

  • Program Period means the period of time which the department intends to support the program without requiring the recompetition for funds. The program period is specified within the grant application.

  • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) indicator means a four-character suffix to the unique entity identifier. The suffix is assigned at the discretion of the commercial, nonprofit, or Government entity to establish additional System for Award Management records for identifying alternative EFT accounts (see subpart 32.11) for the same entity.

  • Promotion Period means the period the Promotion is open, as specified in clause 5.1.

  • Education program or activity means locations, events, or circumstances for which the school district exercises substantial control over both the respondent and the context in which the sexual harassment occurs and includes school district education programs or activities that occur on or off of school district property.

  • Program Year means the annual period beginning January 1 and ending December 31.

  • Non-Investment Personnel means any Employee that does not meet the definition of Investment Personnel as listed above.

  • (4) PROGRAM.—The term program’ means

  • Program Parameter means, in respect of a program, the provincial standards (such as operational, financial or service standards and policies, operating manuals and program eligibility), directives, guidelines and expectations and requirements for that program;

  • OBFR Index Cessation Effective Date means, in relation to an OBFR Index Cessation Event, the date on which the Federal Reserve Bank of New York (or any successor administrator of the daily Overnight Bank Funding Rate) ceases to publish the daily Overnight Bank Funding Rate or the date as of which the daily Overnight Bank Funding Rate may no longer be used;

  • Scheduled Black-Out Period means the period from and including the last day of a fiscal quarter of the Company to and including the business day after the day on which the Company publicly releases its earnings for such fiscal quarter.
