Voluntary recall notice means a notification to consumers and others of the voluntary remedial action applicable to a consumer product or other products or substances that are regulated under the CPSA, or any other Act enforced by the Commission.§ 1115.33 Voluntary recall notice principles.(a) General. (1) A voluntary recall notice should provide sufficient information and motivation for consumers and other persons to identify the product and its actual or potential hazards, and to respond and take the stated action.   • Nomination Notice means all information and documents that a Nominating Stockholder is required to submit to the Secretary of the Corporation pursuant to Section 1.13(f).

  • Resignation for Good Reason means Executive’s resignation from all employee positions Executive then holds with the Company within sixty (60) days following any of the following events taken without Executive’s consent, provided Executive has given the Company written notice of such event within thirty (30) days after the first occurrence of such event and the Company has not cured such event within thirty (30) days thereafter:
