Voter file definition

Voter file means all voter information required by law and by the secretary of state that has been extracted from the certificate of registration of each voter in the county, stored on the voter records system and certified by the county clerk as the source of all information required by the Voter Records System Act.
Voter file means all data contained within the system known as Vote Builder or VAN (Voter Activation Network). All data accessed through the URL www.votebuilder.com or www.nevadavan.com shall be considered part of the Vote Builder system.
