Where one (1) individual serves as the Voting Senior Officer for more than one Affiliated Participant, such individual shall have the right to vote on behalf of each such Affiliated Participant.
In the case of Affiliated Participants, one (1) individual may be (but is not required to be) the Voting Senior Officer for more than one or all of the Affiliated Participants.
Senior Officer means the chief executive officer, president, executive vice president, senior vice president, chief financial officer or treasurer of the Borrower.
Senior executive officer means the Company’s “senior executive officers” as defined in subsection 111(b)(3) of EESA.
Executive Officer means, with respect to any corporation, the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, President, Executive Vice President, any Vice President, the Secretary or the Treasurer of such corporation; and with respect to any partnership, any general partner xxxxxxx.
Key Managerial Person means person as defined in Section 2(51) of the Companies Act, 2013
Police officer means every officer authorized to direct or regulate traffic, or to make arrests for violations of traffic regulations.
Nominated Officer means an officer charged with the responsibility for discharging specific tasks within Standing Orders and Standing Financial Instructions.
Named Executive Officer or “NEO” means each of the following individuals:
Officer means a person who is an officer of the Company within the meaning of Section 16 of the Exchange Act and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder.
proper officer (“swyddog priodol”) means an officer of that council within the meaning of section 270(3) of the Local Government Act 1972; and
Chief Executive Officer means the single office or official of the Recipient designated in Appendix B pursuant to Section VI hereof, or his authorized designee as per written notification to the Director.
President means the President of the Corporation.
Deputy President means a Deputy President of the Tribunal;
Senior Managerial Personnel means the personnel of the company who are members of its core management team excluding Board of Directors. Normally, this would comprise all members of management, of rank equivalent to General Manager and above, including all functional heads.
Chief means Chief Agri/Industrial, a division of Chief Industries, Inc.
Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) means
Voting booth or “booth” means that booth or enclosure wherein an elector casts his or her ballot for tabulation by an electronic or electromechanical device.
Executive Chairman means the Executive Chairman of the Board.
Vice-Chairman means the Vice Chairman of the Board.
Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) means Key Managerial Personnel as defined in sub-section (51) of section 2 of the Companies Act, 2013 i.e.-
corporate person means a company as defined in clause (20) of section 2 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), a limited liability partnership, as defined in clause (n) of sub-section (1) of section 2 of the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 (6 of 2009), or any other person incorporated with limited liability under any law for the time being in force but shall not include any financial service provider;
Designated Financial Officer means, with respect to any Borrower, its chief financial officer, director of treasury services, treasurer, assistant treasurer, or any position similar to any of the foregoing.
Designated Officer means, with respect to Company, any Person with the title of Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer or General Counsel.
