Voting Support Agreements definition

Voting Support Agreements means the voting support agreements, entered into contemporaneously herewith, between the Purchaser and each member of the Board of Directors and each officer of the Company; and
Voting Support Agreements means, collectively, the voting support agreements dated the date hereof between the Purchaser and each of the Locked-up Shareholders, substantially in the form attached as Schedule C hereto, setting forth the terms and conditions upon which the Locked-up Shareholders have agreed, among other things, to vote their Company Shares in favour of the Amended Arrangement.
Voting Support Agreements means, collectively, the voting support agreements dated on or before the date hereof between the Purchaser and each of the Company Supporting Shareholders, substantially in the form of Schedule “E”.

Examples of Voting Support Agreements in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, MJIC will ensure that all directors and officers of MJIC that are MJIC Shareholders enter into the Voting Support Agreements, and will deliver their Voting Support Agreements to Pubco upon entering into this Agreement.
