W-8 Form definition

W-8 Form means Forms W-8BEN, W-8BEN-E, W-8ECI, W-8EXP or W-8IMY and such other forms as prescribed by the U.S. Inland Revenue Service, as applicable to the Customer.

  • If Supplier is a non-resident of the United States and if a PO includes the requirements of Supplier to provide installation supervision, start-up, training, performance testing or any other type of service, then Domtar is required to deduct up to thirty percent (30%) from each payment for such services unless Supplier provides Domtar with the appropriate W-8 Form before performing such services.

  • Letter of Transmittal and Election Form means the letter of transmittal and election form(s) to be delivered by Company to the Company Shareholders and Company RSU Holders and providing for the Company Shareholder’s and Company RSU Holders election with respect to the Consideration;

  • Enrollment Form means an agreement pursuant to which an Eligible Employee may elect to enroll in the Plan, to authorize a new level of payroll deductions, or to stop payroll deductions and withdraw from an Offering Period.

  • Bid Application Form means the form as specified in Annexure II of this E-Auction Process Information Document;
