Wachovia Credit Agreement definition

Wachovia Credit Agreement means that certain Credit Agreement dated as of July 18, 1995, as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified prior to the Petition Date, by and between MacSaver, as borrower, Heilig-Meyers, as guarantor, Wachovia Bank, N.A., as administrative agent, Bank of America, N.A., as documentation agent, Crestar Bank, as co-agent, First Union National Bank, as co-agent, and the other lenders identified therein.
Wachovia Credit Agreement means the Amended and Restated Credit Agreement dated as of February 1, 2006 between the Company and Wachovia Bank.
