Wakala Deposit Form definition

Wakala Deposit Form means the form to which these Terms & Conditions are attached and which, amongst other things, details the commercial terms of the Investment.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, if the Customer requests liquidation or termination of the Investment prior to the relevant Investment Maturity Date, the Bank may liquidate or terminate the Investment and in such circumstances the Bank shall be entitled, in addition to the Wakala fee, a Performance Incentive (out of actual realized Wakala Profit) calculated in accordance with terms set out in the Wakala Deposit Form.

  • The Customer wishes to appoint the Bank to act as his agent and to invest the Customer’s funds in the Wakala Pool on an unrestricted Wakala basis in accordance to the Principles of Sharia and the Bank is willing to accept such appointment on the terms of the Wakala Deposit Form and these Terms & Conditions (which shall be read and construed together and shall together constitute the “Agreement”).

  • The Bank is authorised to act on the basis of the instructions provided in the Wakala Deposit Form.

  • The Bank, by accepting a duly executed and completed Wakala Deposit Form, will agree to act as agent for the Customer with respect to executing the Investment as contemplated in the Agreement.

  • The Customer, by completing and executing the Wakala Deposit Form, irrevocably and unconditionally instructs the Bank to enter into the Investment specified in the Wakala Deposit Form on and subject to the terms set out in the Agreement.

  • The Agreement will be effective from the date of acceptance by the Bank of the duly completed and executed Wakala Deposit Form and shall continue until the Investment terminates in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.

  • Following liquidation (on actual or constructive liquidation basis), the Bank shall transfer the Investment Maturity Proceeds of the Investment, after making the deductions set out in condition 5.5 below, on the Investment Maturity Date(s) in accordance with the instructions set out in the Wakala Deposit Form.

  • The Customer wishes to appoint the Bank to act as his agent and to invest the Customer’s funds in the Wakala Pool on an unrestricted Wakala basis in accordance withthe Principles of Sharia and the Bank is willing to accept such appointment on the terms of the Wakala Deposit Form and these Terms & Conditions for Wakala Deposits (which shall be read and construed together and shalltogether constitute the “Agreement”).

  • For the avoidance of doubt, if the Customer requests liquidation or termination of the Investment prior to the relevant Investment Maturity Date, the Bank may liquidate or terminate the Investment and in such circumstances the Bank shall be entitled, in addition to the Wakala Fee, to a Performance Incentive (out of actual realized Wakala Profit) calculated in accordance with terms set out in the Wakala Deposit Form.

  • Following liquidation (on actual or constructive liquidation basis on the Investment Maturity Date or on the relevant Profit Payment Date), the Siraj Finance shall transfer the maturity proceeds of the Investment, on the maturity date in accordance with the terms set out in the Labour Guarantee Wakala Deposit Form.

  • Deposit Escrow Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

  • Transfer Agent Instruction Letter means the letter from the Company to the Transfer Agent which instructs the Transfer Agent to issue Underlying Shares pursuant to the Transaction Documents, in the form of Exhibit B attached hereto.

  • Assignment Form means the assignment form attached as Annex 2 hereto.

  • Letter of Transmittal and Election Form means the letter of transmittal and election form(s) to be delivered by Company to the Company Shareholders and Company RSU Holders and providing for the Company Shareholder’s and Company RSU Holders election with respect to the Consideration;

  • Instruction Letter means written instructions in a form acceptable to NCPS and executed by Issuer Party with Issuer Party directing NCPS to promptly disburse the Escrow Funds to Issuer pursuant to Section 4(a).

  • Certificate of deposit means an instrument containing an acknowledgment by a bank that a sum of money has been received by the bank and a promise by the bank to repay the sum of money. A certificate of deposit is a note of the bank.

  • Escrow Holder means the bank or trust company designated as such pursuant to Section 9 hereof.

  • Account Application Form means the Personal Account Application Form for International Personal Banking or Wealth and Investment as applicable;

  • Escrow Instructions has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 4.3.

  • Transfer Deposit Amount has the meaning given to it in Section 2.02(b).

  • Full Deposit will consist of data that reflects the state of the registry as of 00:00:00 UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) on the day that such Full Deposit is submitted to Escrow Agent.

  • Additional Deposit shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.2.

  • Certificate Depository Agreement means the agreement among the Trust, the Depositor and The Depository Trust Company, as the initial Clearing Agency, dated as of the Closing Date, relating to the Trust Securities Certificates, substantially in the form attached as Exhibit B, as the same may be amended and supplemented from time to time.

  • Special Instruction Form means a standardized form prescribed by the Management Company to be duly filled by the investor to change his/her particulars and will be stated in this Offering Document.

  • Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) means the refundable amount to be submitted by the Bidder along with RFP documents to NMRC

  • Deposit Premium means a provisional premium which is agreed upon in the event of it being impossible at the due date of the premium to determine the exact premium, and which represents a reasonable estimate of the premium;

  • Deposit Taker shall have the meaning assigned to it in the Pledge Agreement.

  • Transfer Instruction is a specific information provided for a transfer to be made that you provide to the Account to Account Transfer Service for a transfer of funds.

  • Wire Transfer means a transaction carried out, directly or through a chain of transfers, on behalf of an originator person (both natural and legal) through a bank by electronic means with a view to making an amount of money available to a beneficiary person at a bank.

  • Deposit-type contract means contracts that do not incorporate mortality or morbidity risks and as may be specified in the valuation manual.

  • Initial Deposit Amount means the Issuing Entity’s deposit to the Reserve Account, on or before the Closing Date, of $[•].

  • Transfer Instructions are the information that you provide when using the Service. “Us,” “We,” and “Our” means Credit Union.

  • Bid Declaration Form means a declaration by the Bidders in form as specified inAnnexure III of this E-Auction Process Information Document;

  • Account Designation Letter means a letter from the Borrower to the Administrative Agent, duly completed and signed by an Authorized Officer of the Borrower and in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, listing any one or more accounts to which the Borrower may from time to time request the Administrative Agent to forward the proceeds of any Loans made hereunder.

  • Investment Form means a standardized form prescribed by the Management Company to be duly filled by the investor to purchase Units and will be stated in this Offering Document.
