Warrant Common Stock definition

Warrant Common Stock means shares of Common Stock issued or issuable by the Holder upon the exercise of these Warrants, as adjusted in accordance with the terms of these Warrants.
Warrant Common Stock means only Common Stock, and stock of any other class into which such presently authorized Common Stock may hereafter be changed, issuable upon exercise or exchange of the Warrant. In case, by reason of the operation of Section 7, the Warrants shall entitle the registered holders thereof to purchase any other shares of stock or other securities or property of the Company or of any other corporation, any reference in this Agreement to the exercise of Warrants shall be deemed to refer to and include the purchase of such other shares of stock or other securities or property upon such exercise.
Warrant Common Stock means the Company's Common Stock issued or issuable to the Holders upon the exercise of any of the Warrants.

  • No adjustment shall be made for any cash dividends on shares of Warrant Common Stock issuable upon exercise of a Warrant.

More Definitions of Warrant Common Stock

Warrant Common Stock means the Common Stock issuable upon exercise of the Warrants.

Warrant Common Stock means the Common Stock authorized as at the date of this Warrant and issuable upon the exercise of this Warrant or any warrants delivered in substitution or exchange therefor, and shall include also any capital stock of any other class which may be issuable upon such exercise; and (c) "WARRANT STOCK" shall mean Common Stock issued upon any exercise of the Warrant.
Warrant Common Stock means the Company Common Stock issued or issuable upon exercise of this Warrant Agreement in accordance with its terms.
Warrant Common Stock means the Shares issuable and issued pursuant to this Warrant Agreement and all other Warrants originally granted to First Cambridge and/or its officers as contemplated in the second recital hereof and pursuant to all Warrants issued upon transfer, division, or combination of, or in substitution for, any thereof. The rights of the Holder under this Section 14 shall apply to an unlimited number of offerings proposed by the Company.
Warrant Common Stock means all shares of Common Stock issued upon the exercise, by a Holder, of the right to purchase Common Stock pursuant to the terms of this Warrant.
