Upon Transfer. In addition to earning job classification seniority in their new title, transferred employees shall continue to accrue job classification seniority in their former title and they shall have the right to return to their former title if the position to which they have transferred is later eliminated as long as the job requirements are consistent with the employee’s permanent restrictions. In the event the transfer is to a formerly held job classification, seniority in the new (formerly held) title shall run from the date upon which they were first certified to the former classification.
Upon Transfer. (a) Where an employee is appointed to a position having a maximum rate of pay which is the same as the maximum rate of pay of their former position, their salary shall remain unchanged.
(b) Where an employee accepts a position having a lower maximum rate of pay than that of their former position, their rate of pay on appointment in the new scale shall be equal to or shall be nearest to the rate they were paid in their former position.

Upon Transfer. Whenever a Person (the "Transferor") Transfers any Veqtor Units or V2 Units to any other Person, other than a Permitted Transferee of the Transferor, (the "Transferee") pursuant to any provision of Article 3 or Article 4 of this Agreement: (a) the Transferor shall be deemed to represent and warrant to the Transferee at the time of Transfer that the Transferor owns beneficially and of record all right, title and interest in and to the Veqtor Units or V2 Units being Transferred, free and clear of all Claims, other than any Claims arising under this Agreement, the DOT or the Veqtor LLC Agreement; and (b) the Transferor shall Transfer to the Transferee all right, title and interest in and to the Veqtor Units or V2 Units, as the case may be, free and clear of all Claims, other than any Claims arising under this Agreement, the DOT or the Veqtor LLC Agreement.

Section 4.01, subd. 3 of the Labor Agreement provides for the creation of a panel of arbitrators to be used for grievance arbitration. Section 4.01, subd. 3 of the Labor Agreement does not establish procedures for maintaining the panel of arbitrators.
Upon Transfer. If a Member has Transferred all of its Interests in one or more Permitted Transfers, then such Member shall withdraw from the Company on the date upon which each Assignee of such Interests has been admitted as a Substitute Member in accordance with Section 8.5 hereof, and such Member shall no longer be entitled to exercise any rights or powers of a Member under this Agreement.
Upon Transfer. Except by mutual written agreement of the parties, this Agreement shall automatically terminate upon transfer of title of the Golf Course Property or any portion thereof, whether such transfer is voluntary or involuntary. Further, upon transfer, the net sales proceeds shall be distributed pursuant to the provisions of Article VI above.
