Warrant Percentage definition

Warrant Percentage. As defined in Schedule A. Watchlist: As defined in the Compliance Rules.
Warrant Percentage shall have the meaning assigned in Section 4.5.
Warrant Percentage means, as of the time of determination, a number (1) the numerator of which is the number of shares of Common Stock issuable upon the exercise of any New Warrants or Pre-Emptive Rights Warrants then held by the Stockholder (collectively, the “Total Warrant Shares”) and (2) the denominator of which is the number of shares of Common Stock then held by the Stockholder plus the Total Warrant Shares.

Warrant Percentage means fifteen percent (15%).
Warrant Percentage as of any Exercise Date, means 10% less (i) in any case when a portion of this Warrant shall have been previously exercised on one specific occasion, the Exercised Percentage, or (ii) in the event that a portion of this Warrant shall have been previously exercised on more than one occasion, the sum of the Exercised Percentages calculated with respect to each such prior exercise. In the event that, as of any Exercise Date, a portion of this Warrant shall have been previously exercised on more than one occasion, the calculation of the Exercised Percentage with respect to each such prior exercise shall be made successively, commencing with the earliest such prior exercise.
Warrant Percentage means: 19.9% minus (a) 2.0%, effective from and after the time at which, prior to the end of the Delayed Draw Period (i) the Issuer has delivered to the Oaktree Investors (x) pledges of the equity interests in all or a subset of the Property Owners which are not Existing Guarantors (as defined below) and, in each case, none of whose Intermediate Parents is an Existing Guarantor (collectively, the “Designated Subsidiaries”) (or, in each case, in any Intermediate Parent of such Designated Subsidiary), and (y) guarantees of the Notes and related obligations by all or a subset of the Designated Subsidiaries (or, in each case, by any Intermediate Parent of such Designated Subsidiary) and (ii) such pledged equity interests and guarantees are in and by Designated Subsidiaries (or, their Intermediate Parents, as applicable) that represent at least 80% of the aggregate unpaid principal balance of the total amount of indebtedness of the Designated Subsidiaries (and any of their Intermediate Parents, as applicable), minus (b) 2.0%, effective from and after the time at which, prior to the end of the Delayed Draw Period (i) the Issuer has delivered to the Oaktree Investors pledges of the equity interests in all or a subset of the subsidiaries of the Issuer that are not Excluded Subsidiaries as of the Closing Date (the “Existing Guarantors”) (or, in each case, in any Intermediate Parent of such Existing Guarantor), (ii) each Existing Guarantor the pledge of which is included in the calculation in clause (b)(i) remains a guarantor of the Notes at such time and (iii) such pledged equity interests and guarantees are in and by Existing Guarantors (or their Intermediate Parents, as applicable) that represent at least 80% of the aggregate unpaid principal balance of the total amount of indebtedness of the Existing Guarantors (and any of their Intermediate Parents, as applicable).
Warrant Percentage means the percentage of equity interest of the Company subject to this Warrant as listed at the top of this Warrant.
Warrant Percentage means a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of Warrant Shares (other than Additional Warrant Shares) into which this Warrant is exercisable as of the date on which this Warrant becomes exercisable for Additional Warrant Shares and the denominator of which is the number of Warrant Shares (other than Additional Warrant Shares) into which all then outstanding Stock Purchase Warrants (as defined below) are exercisable as of such date. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the initial exercise price for the Additional Warrant Shares shall be set such that in no event shall the weighted average exercise price for the Warrant Shares (including the Additional Warrants Shares) be less than the greater of (i) the closing price of the Common Stock as reported by the American Stock Exchange on the Closing Date or (ii) the book value per share of the Common Stock on the Closing Date (in each case, as adjusted for stock splits, reverse stock splits, reclassifications, recapitalizations, consolidations, mergers or similar events occurring after the Closing Date).
Warrant Percentage means, with respect to a Warrantholder, the percentage of Warrants held by such Warrantholder when compared to the number of Warrants held by all Warrantholders. The Warrant Percentage for each Warrantholder is set forth on Schedule A next to the name of such Warrantholder.
Warrant Percentage means the Economic Interest Percentage that would be represented as of immediately prior to the Permitted Redemption solely by the shares of New Tracking Stock issuable upon exercise of any Warrants held by DoCoMo that were redeemed in such Permitted Redemption, if such Warrants had been exercised immediately prior to the Permitted Redemption.
