Warrant Period definition

Warrant Period means the period beginning on the date hereof and ending on and including the Expiration Date.

Warrant Period means the period beginning on the date hereof and ending on the last date of the Exercise Period.

Warrant Period means the period commencing on the date hereof and ending on the earlier to occur of the date of the Warrant Exercise Closing Date or the date of termination of this Warrant in accordance with Section 8.1.

• Subject to the conditions set forth in the Warrant Agreement, the Warrants may be exercised only during the Warrant Period and to the extent not exercised by the end of such Exercise Period, such Warrants shall become void.

• This guarantee will remain in force upto (insert last date of currency of Contract plus Warrant Period (If applicable) plus additional Ninety Days) and any demand in respect thereof should reach the Bank not later than the above date.

More Definitions of Warrant Period

Warrant Period means the period for exercise of this Warrant, as determined pursuant to Section 3.
