Warrant Subscription Price definition

Warrant Subscription Price has the meaning assigned to it in Section 2.1.

Warrant Subscription Price means £1.00 for the Warrants being the aggregate consideration for all of the Warrants to be issued hereunder; and

Related to Warrant Subscription Price

  • Subscription Price has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Current Warrant Price means, in respect of a share of Common Stock at any date herein specified, the price at which a share of Common Stock may be purchased pursuant to this Warrant on such date.

  • Warrant Purchase Price shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.1(b).

  • Warrant Price as used in this Agreement shall mean the price per share at which shares of Common Stock may be purchased at the time a Warrant is exercised.
