Warrantee Period definition

Warrantee Period means the period during which the Contractor shall remain liable for repair or replacement of any defective part of the works performed under the Contract.
Warrantee Period means the 5 (five) year period that the Supplier has to provide in accordance with clause 18.

  • The tenderer will have to agree to enter into comprehensive maintenance contract (CMC) @ 5% of the ordered value of the equipment for the period of 5 years after completion of Warrantee Period.

  • When the Guarantee / Warrantee Period for the Goods or any part thereof has expired and the Contractor has fulfilled all his obligations under the Contract, Inspection Committee shall issue within twenty eight (28) days to the Employer and the Contractor a Guarantee / Warranty Relieving Certificate to that effect.

  • When the Guarantee / Warrantee Period for the Goods or any part thereof has expired and the Contractor has fulfilled all his obligations under the Contract, Procurement Committee shall issue within twenty eight (28) days to the Employer and the Contractor a Guarantee / Warranty Relieving Certificate to that effect.

  • The contract scope of the Supply shall include the Warrantee Period Capital Spare Parts required throughout the three-year warrantee period of the Supply for the correction of any faults, defects, bad workmanship and other deficiencies, for the smooth and continuous operation of the Vehicles.

  • Bank Guarantees issued by following banks will be accepted as Performance Guarantee (PG) for Contract Period& Performance Guarantee (PG) for Warrantee Period.

  • Guarantee / Warrantee Period: The Tenderers must quote for 5 years’ comprehensive warranty (Including all Spares, Accessories software application, if any and Labour) from the date of completion of the satisfactory installation.

  • Experience period means the most recent period of time for which experience is reported, but not for a period longer than three (3) full years. (7-1-93)

  • Elimination Period means the period of 6 months beginning on the date You become Disabled.

  • Shift Cycle means the period of time when the shift schedule repeats itself. In those instances where the schedule does not repeat itself, the term "Shift Cycle" shall be understood to mean a period of time not exceeding twelve (12) weeks.

  • Free period means any Period other than the Prohibited Period.

  • Hire Period means the period commencing when the Customer holds the Hire Goods on hire (including Saturdays Sundays and Bank Holidays) and ending upon the happening of any of the following events:

  • Rectification Period means the period of time set out in Section 4.3 of this RFP during which a Proponent will be permitted to rectify its Proposal to satisfy the mandatory submission requirements of this RFP.

  • Performance Period means the one or more periods of time, which may be of varying and overlapping durations, as the Committee may select, over which the attainment of one or more Performance Goals will be measured for the purpose of determining a Participant’s right to, and the payment of, a Performance-Based Award.

  • Determination Period means the period from and including a Determination Date in any year to but excluding the next Determination Date; and

  • Reporting Period With respect to each Payment Date and for purposes of making calculations with respect to the hypothetical structure and Reference Tranches as set forth in this Agreement:

  • Notification Period has the meaning given to such term in Clause 3.10(b) or 3.10(c) of the Gold Bullion Terms, as the case may be.
