Warranty Start Date definition

Warranty Start Date means the date on which the Product(s) are delivered to the carrier. Interpretations:

Warranty Start Date is the earlier of (i) date of array interconnection and (ii) 6 months following the date of SunPower delivery. If the delivery date cannot be verified, manufacturing date will be used in its place.

Warranty Start Date means the date on which the Product(s) are delivered to the carrier.

Examples of Warranty Start Date in a sentence

• Jinko warrants that the Degradation Rate shall not exceed the amount for the applicable period following the Warranty Start Date as set forth below (“Monofacial Module Limited Power Warranty”).

• Neither the repair or replacement of the SPV MODULES, nor the supply of additional SPV MODULES, shall cause the amendment of the original Warranty Start Date, and the original periods of this Warranty shall not be extended thereby.

More Definitions of Warranty Start Date

Warranty Start Date means the date on which the Products are delivered to the carrier as recorded on BITMAIN Website.
