Washington Law definition

Washington Law means the Washington Business Corporation Act.

Washington Law means the WBCA and any other applicable Law of the State of Washington.

We have not examined, and we do not opine, as to the law of any other jurisdiction, whether applicable directly or through Washington Law.

Washington Law means those laws of the State of Washington generally applicable to transactions of the type contemplated by the Agreement, including the Washington Business Corporation Act, as applicable. Other capitalized terms defined elsewhere in this Agreement and not defined in this Section 1.1 shall have the meanings assigned to such terms in this Agreement.
