Washington public K-12 school definition
Washington public K-12 school means an ele- mentary school, a middle school, junior high school or high school within the public school system referred to in Article IX of the state Constitution.

Public school academy means a public school academy or strict discipline academy organized under the revised school code, 1976 PA 451, MCL 380.1 to 380.1852.

Parkland means any publicly owned land which is designated or used as a public park, recreation area, wildlife or waterfowl refuge or historic site.
