Waste Discharge Permit definition

Waste Discharge Permit means a waste discharge permit issued or required to be issued by the GVS&DD, in order to permit a person to discharge certain types and volumes of industrial wastewater in compliance with the GVS&DD By-law;
Waste Discharge Permit means a permit issued by the Authorized Person, specifying the terms and conditions for discharge of wastewater under this bylaw.
Waste Discharge Permit or “WDR” means an operation and discharge permit issued for the discharge of waste (including septic system effluent) pursuant to Section 13260 of the California Water Code.

Waste Discharge Permit means a permit issued by the Director to non-domestic wastewater discharger of non-domestic waste to permit non-domestic wastewater discharge into the sanitary system sewer;
