Wastewater Treatment Facilities definition

Wastewater Treatment Facilities means an arrangement of devices and structures for treating wastewater, industrial wastes and sludge. Sometimes used as synonymous with "Waste Treatment Plant" or "Wastewater Treatment Plant" or "Water Pollution Control Plant".
Wastewater Treatment Facilities means the city of La Center wastewater treatment plant and outfall and all facilities designed for the collection and transmission of sewage to the plant.
Wastewater Treatment Facilities means structures or systems designed for the treatment of sewage. This definition does not include septic tanks.

Wastewater Treatment Facilities means any Village of Sussex owned facility, devices and structures used for receiving and treating wastewater from the Village of Sussex collection system or other municipal sewage systems.
