Well Facilities definition

Well Facilities means all flowlines, meters, separators, heater-treaters, vapor recovery units, tanks, and any other associated equipment between (a) the wellhead of a Subject Well and (b) (i) the outlet valve of the individual gas meter applicable to such Subject Well for gas, and (ii) the outlet valves of the oil tank battery and water tank battery of the facilities applicable to such Subject Well for oil and water, respectively.
Well Facilities has the meaning set forth in the definition of "Wellbore Interests".
Well Facilities. As provided in the 2003 Agreement, water xxxxx and associated facilities, including pumps and pumping stations, metering, valves, controls, and other equipment, electrical installations, fencing and security devices, pipes and piping, and all other personal property, equipment and fixtures or other improvements constructed or to be constructed on the Well Property as part of the water well system developed by the City.

  • Production Facilities (7 9) means "production equipment" and specially designed software therefor integrated into installations for "development" or for one or more phases of "production".

  • Wastewater Facilities means the structures, equipment, and processes required to collect, carry away, and treat domestic and industrial wastes and dispose of the effluent.

  • Related facilities means any manager's units and any and all common area spaces that are included within the physical boundaries of the housing development, including, but not limited to, common area space, walkways, balconies, patios, clubhouse space, meeting rooms, laundry facilities, and parking areas that are exclusively available to residential users, except any portions of the overall development that are specifically commercial space.

  • Local Facilities means working capital facilities provided to a Grantor (other than Beverage Packaging Holdings (Luxembourg) I S.A., Beverage Packaging Holdings (Luxembourg) II S.A. Beverage Packaging Holdings (Luxembourg) III S.à.x.x. and the Borrowers) by a Local Facility Provider and “Local Facility” means any of them.

  • Common Facilities means the facilities under D.G.sets/D.G.rooms, water storage tanks its pumping and supply system, sewerage & drainage systems, electric sub-station/ transformers/electric panels/distribution network, maintenance service rooms, lawns including lighting & services etc., roads, pathways & driveways including street lighting & services etc., guard posts, fire hydrants & fire fighting system etc. and all such facilities and areas for common use and excluded from the computation of Super Area of the Said Premises;

  • Idle facilities means completely unused facilities that are excess to the governmental unit's current needs.

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.

  • Additional Facilities has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 2.9(a).

  • Other Facilities means athletic stadiums, swimming pools, any associated structures or related equipment tied to such facilities including, but not limited to, grandstands and night field lights, greenhouses, facilities used for non-instructional or non-educational purposes, and any structure, building, or facility used solely for school administration;

  • Parking Facilities means parking lots or other off-street areas for the parking of vehicles, including areas below or above the surface of streets.

  • Recreational Facilities means spas, saunas, steam baths, swimming pools, exercise, entertainment, athletic, playground or other similar equipment and associated accessories.

  • Facilities means any and all real property (including all buildings, fixtures or other improvements located thereon) now, hereafter or heretofore owned, leased, operated or used by Company or any of its Subsidiaries or any of their respective predecessors or Affiliates.

  • Shared Facilities means the gen-tie lines, transformers, substations, or other equipment, permits, contract rights, and other assets and property (real or personal), in each case, as necessary to enable delivery of energy from the Facility (which is excluded from Shared Facilities) to the point of interconnection, including the Interconnection Agreement itself, that are used in common with third parties.

  • Common Areas and Facilities means collectively the Development Common Areas and Facilities and the Residential Common Areas and Facilities and all those parts and such of the facilities of the Development designated as common areas and facilities in any Sub-Deed;

  • Project Facility means facility being one or more of the following facilities as specified in the Special Conditions of Contract, being developed in accordance with the Project and the Detailed Project Implementation Report and includes all its buildings, equipment, facilities, software and systems and includes without limitation, where the circumstances so require, any expansion thereof from time to time and may include any new location to be separately mentioned in the Special Conditions of Contract.

  • School facilities project means the planning, acquisition,

  • associated facilities means all associated track structures, over and under track structures, supports (including supports for equipment or items associated with the use of the Network), tunnels, bridges, train control systems, signalling systems, communication systems and associated plant, machinery and equipment from time to time but only to the extent that such assets are related to or connected with the Network but does not include any sidings or yards;

  • Facility Site means the site described in Schedule B. “FERC” means the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.

  • Generating Facility means the Generating Unit(s) comprising Seller’s power plant, as more particularly described in Section 1.02 and Exhibit B, including all other materials, equipment, systems, structures, features and improvements necessary to produce electric energy and thermal energy, excluding the Site, land rights and interests in land.

  • Utility Facilities means the plant, equipment and property, including but not limited to, the poles, pipes, mains, conduits, ducts, cables, fiber optic cables, circuits, wires, lines, plant and equipment located under, on or above the surface of the ground within the Public Ways of the City and used or to be used for the purpose of providing utility services or Telecommunications Services.
