Water resources board definition

Water resources board means a unit of Rhode Island state government whose purposes is to regulate the proper development, protection, conservation and use of the water resources of the state in accordance with R.I. Gen. Laws § 46-15-1.

  • CAISO Global Resource ID means the number or name assigned by the CAISO to the CAISO- Approved Meter.

  • Stormwater management planning area means the geographic area for which a stormwater management planning agency is authorized to prepare stormwater management plans, or a specific portion of that area identified in a stormwater management plan prepared by that agency.
