Examples of Water Treatment Guarantee in a sentence

  • If at any time the Agency or the District fails to meet the Water Treatment Guarantee, the Agency or the District shall give the Company immediate notice thereof and shall promptly meet with the Company to discuss the circumstances of such failure and the District’s and the Agency’s proposed action plan for remediation so that the Water Treatment Guarantee will be met.
