Water Usage Charge definition

Water Usage Charge means the monthly charge for water as measured by the Meter as set out in the attached Schedule “A”;
Water Usage Charge means the monthly charge for Water as measured by the Meter and as set out in Section 1 of attached Schedule “A”.
Water Usage Charge means the charge Hunter Water charges you for your Water Usage. you means either the owner of the Property, including any Occupants, and any derivation of you has a similar meaning. your water system includes all pipes, fittings, meters, Back Flow Prevention Devices and other infrastructure that are owned by you and required for the supply of the CTGM Water, but excluding all Hunter Water Assets and Hunter Water Pipelines.

Examples of Water Usage Charge in a sentence

  • A discounted Water Usage Charge will be applied to each individual qualifying agricultural account in an amount equal to the agricultural water rate and/or other reduced charges from the San Diego County Water Authority (CWA).

  • All water used through the detector meter or a metered connection shall be billed at the Water Usage Charge for water.

  • PRIVATE FIRE SERVICE CHARGES:a) Customers with one service line providing both General Water Service and Private Fire Service (not used for General Water Service purposes) are charged a Private Fire Facilities Charge equal to the charge for a meter the same size as the service line, plus a charge for General Water Service based on the size of the meter, plus a Water Usage Charge, plus a Public Fire Hydrant Charge, if applicable.

More Definitions of Water Usage Charge

Water Usage Charge means a water usage charge imposed under section 22 of the Water Industry Act 1994;
Water Usage Charge for residential premises means that part of a water charge that is based on the volume of water supplied to the premises. Note : The Interpretation Act 1987 contains definitions and other provisions that affect the interpretation and application of this Act.

Related to Water Usage Charge

  • Usage Charges means the Charges for the Service or applicable part of the Service that are calculated by multiplying the volume of units that the Customer used or incurred in a period (e.g. number of users using the Service, or the number of minutes the Service was used for) with the relevant fee that is specified in the Online Order.

  • Minimum Charge means the higher of the rate minimum and the rate applied to the Contracted Minimum Demand;

  • Non-Availability Charges has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • Monthly Charge shall have the meaning set forth in Article 5.

  • Room charge means the charge imposed for the use or occupancy of a room, excluding charges for food, beverages, state use tax, telephone service, or like services paid in connection with the charge, and excluding reimbursement of the assessment imposed by this act.

  • Service Charge means the amount charged for making a service available on line and is in addition to the actual fee for a service itself. For example, one who renews a license on line will pay the license renewal fee and a service charge.

  • Finance charge means that term as defined in section 106 of the truth in lending act, 15 USC 1605.

  • Non-Usage Fee The meaning set forth in the applicable Fee Letter.

  • Facility Charge means one percent (1%) of the Maximum Term Loan Amount.

  • Delinquency Amount means, as of any Distribution Date, the Principal Balance of all Contracts that were delinquent 60 days or more as of the end of the related Due Period (including Contracts in respect of which the related Motorcycles have been repossessed and are still in inventory).

  • Monthly Charges means a finance carrying charge of one and one-half of one percent (1.5%) and a storage and handling charge of one-half of one percent (0.5%), in each case of the Cost of the Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or of the fees for the Product affected by the reschedule or cancellation (as applicable) per month until such Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or Product is returned to the vendor, used to manufacture Product or is otherwise purchased by Customer.

  • Yield Maintenance Charge With respect to any Mortgage Loan or Serviced Companion Loan, the yield maintenance charge or prepayment premium, if any, payable under the related Note in connection with certain prepayments.

  • CCAA Charges means the Administration Charge and the Directors’ Charge;

  • Annual Debt Service Charge as of any date means the amount which is expensed in any 12-month period for interest on Debt of the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • Utility Charges means water, sewer, electricity, gas and other utility charges, if any, applicable to the Real Property or the Leased Real Property;

  • Rent and Charges Reserve means the aggregate of (a) all past due rent and other amounts owing by a Loan Party to any landlord, warehouseman, processor, repairman, mechanic, shipper, freight forwarder, broker or other Person who possesses any Collateral or could assert a Lien on any Collateral; and (b) a reserve equal to three months rent and other charges that could be payable to any such Person, unless it has executed a Collateral Access Agreement.

  • Maintenance Charges means the charges payable by the applicant to the Maintenance Agency in accordance with the demand raised by the Maintenance Agency for the maintenance and up keep of the said building/ said complex, including common areas and facilities but does not include; (a) the charges for actual consumption of utilities in the Dwelling Unit including but not limited to electricity, water, which shall be charged based on actual consumption on monthly basis and (b) any statutory payments, taxes, with regard to the Dwelling Unit/ said building/said complex.

  • Finance Charge Shortfall shall have the meaning specified in Section 4.09.

  • Collateral Minimum Monthly Interest shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.02(c).

  • Bond Service Charges means, for any period or payable at any time, the principal of, premium, if any, and interest on the Bonds for that period or payable at that time whether due at maturity or upon redemption, Mandatory Tender or acceleration.

  • reverse charge ’ means the liability to pay tax by the recipient of supply of goods or services or both instead of the supplier of such goods or services or both under sub-section (3) or sub-section (4) of section 9, or under sub-section (3) or sub-section (4) of section 5 of the Integrated Goods and Services Tax Act;

  • Access Charge has the meaning set out in Clause 6.1;

  • Hire Charge or “Hire Charges” means the rates and charges payable by You for the hire of the Equipment.

  • Energy Charge means a charge for each kilowatt-hour (kWh) of electrical energy;

  • Minimum Interest Charge has the meaning given in Section 2.2(b).
