Waterfall Expiry definition

Waterfall Expiry means December 31, 2044.
Waterfall Expiry means December 31, 2044; and “Zone C” has the meaning given to it in Section 11.3(a).

Related to Waterfall Expiry

  • Final Expiration Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7(a) hereof.

  • Release Expiration Date means the date that is twenty-one (21) days following the date upon which the Company timely delivers to Executive the Release (which shall occur no later than seven (7) days after the Date of Termination), or in the event that such termination of employment is “in connection with an exit incentive or other employment termination program” (as such phrase is defined in the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, as amended), the date that is forty-five (45) days following such delivery date.

  • Commitment Expiration Date means the date on which IHCDA’s commitment under the Program expires.

  • Cure Expiration Date has the meaning set forth in Section 8.04(a).

  • Non-Expiring Credit Commitment has the meaning set forth in Section 2.04(g).

  • Revolving Credit Expiration Date means September 30, 2000.

  • Letter of Credit Expiration Date means the day that is seven days prior to the Maturity Date then in effect (or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next preceding Business Day).

  • Fundamental Change Expiration Time shall have the meaning specified in Section 16.02(b)(ix).

  • License expiration date means June 30 of even-numbered years.

  • Availability Date means the day after the end of the fourth fiscal quarter following the fiscal quarter that includes such Effective Time on which the Company is required to file its Form 10-Q for such fiscal quarter except that, if such fourth fiscal quarter is the last quarter of the Company’s fiscal year, “Availability Date” means the day after the end of such fourth fiscal quarter on which the Company is required to file its Form 10-K.

  • Replacement Revolving Facility Effective Date shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.21(l).
