Wayleave Officer definition

Wayleave Officer means the designated members of the Wayleave Management Unit with the sole responsibility to carry out the administrative functions of receiving, verifying and ensuring that wayleave applications conform to the prescribed NLM legal land procedural requirements.
Wayleave Officer. – means an employee appointed and authorised by Midvaal Municipality to perform the necessary administrative functions of receiving and processing applications for Wayleaves. The Wayleave Officer operates within the Midvaal Local Municipal area and coordinate and regulate any Work undertaken in respect to the services in or on the Public Road Reserve area, on Municipal Roads only.
Wayleave Officer means an employee which is authorised by the Roads and Stormwater Department to perform specified Services. He Wayleave Officer operates within the Council’s Municipal area with the sole responsibility to coordinate and regulate any Work undertaken in that sections of the PRR that falls within the Municipal area of the Council;
