  • Merchant fully acknowledges that OOLLET must not provide WeChat Pay Services with respect to any Transaction which is prohibited by this Agreement including any Transactions in relation to Prohibited Products, Applicable Law or violates Tenpay’s internal policies (as notified in writing to Merchant from time to time and effective from Merchant’s receipt of such policies unless notified otherwise), or which will result in Tenpay being considered to have breached any Applicable Law.

  • Merchant shall bear all responsibility for any such violation in the event Merchant’s conduct while using the WeChat Pay Services violates any Applicable Laws.

  • OOLLET owns or has been granted the appropriate license or consent by the relevant owner to use, all rights, titles and interests, in and to the Intellectual Property associated with the provisions of WeChat Pay Services.
